At Absolutely Ridiculous LLC we aim to make it a stress free shopping experience. Choosing a new glove and buying it online can be tough because of the inability to try on different gloves before you make a purchase. As players ourselves, we know the glove is all about how it feels on the hand. Because of this, we offer a 30-Day return policy on all of our gloves that were not personalized or commissioned so that you can see the quality and feel the fit firsthand.
IMPORTANT: THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM GLOVES OR GLOVES THAT HAVE RECEIVED BREAK-IN SERVICE OR BEEN PERSONALIZED WITH GLOVE ENGRAVING. THERE IS A $20 RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY UNSHIPPED CANCELED ORDERS, ORDER CHANGES AND ANY RETURNED ITEMS. RUSH ORDER COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
You can purchase a glove and return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as the glove is unused and in new condition. You can return the glove if it is too big, too small or if you're just not cool with the way it looks or feels. For us to offer this peace of mind to everyone, all that we ask is that you handle the return shipping plus a $20 re-stocking fee and additionally we will deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund so that we can continue to offer this option to customers without customers taking advantage of us.
During the 30-day period you must keep the glove in new condition. It's a "try-on," not a "tryout." Do not use any oil or conditioner until you are certain that you are going to keep the glove as this will void the return policy. Do not do anything like: Hot Water Treatment, Steaming, etc. We cannot accept returns of gloves that are dirty or show clear signs of wear. It must be in NEW condition.
All Absolutely Ridiculous gloves come with a one year warranty against any and all manufacturing defects. Laces and accessories are not covered under the one year warranty.
Anything reported after one year is considered normal wear and tear as a leather glove won't last forever, especially if it's not well maintained, cleaned and conditioned properly.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY?
- Cosmetic damage: scratches or discoloration including natural fading of colors and embroidery threads.
- Any damage caused by misuse or abuse either accidental or negligent including prolonged exposure to the elements of weather.
- Gloves treated with steam and/or heat treatments.
- Gloves overly oiled/conditioned.
- Add ons: rush orders, break in, accessories, etc.
NOTE: ALL SALES ON COMMISSIONED GLOVES AND GLOVES WITH CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ARE FINAL. THIS RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO GLOVES THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALIZED.
