2) Applicability
This Privacy Statement is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Services. It applies regardless of the means used to access or provide information through the Services.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to information collected by third parties acting as independent data controllers, including payment processors, international fulfillment providers, and social media platforms. Those parties are subject to their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
3) Who Controls Your Personal Information?
Absolutely Ridiculous, LLC acts as the data controller for personal information collected through the Services. This means we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data as described in this Privacy Statement.
Contact information for AR can be found at the end of this document.
4) What Information Do We Collect?
We collect personal information from and about you in three primary ways:
- When you provide it to us directly
- Automatically through logging, analytics, cookies, and pixel tags as you use our Services
- From third-party sources, including service providers such as Shopify, and through your interactions with us on social media
You have choices about certain information we collect. If you decline to provide information that is necessary to use a particular Service, you may not be able to use that feature.
Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information when you provide it to us, including by entering it into forms on the Site, placing orders, creating an account, signing up for email or SMS communications, or contacting us with questions.
If you order products, we collect the information necessary to process and fulfill that order, including your name, email address, billing and shipping address, payment information, and phone number.
If you contact us with questions, requests, or complaints — including via chat or email — we collect sufficient information to respond to you.
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse or use the Services, we use analytics tools including Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify analytics to collect information about your device, network, and usage behavior.
We also use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to store information locally on your device, recognize your device, track your interactions with our emails and other sites, and track activity over time. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.
Information collected automatically may include device attributes, unique device IDs, IP address, regional and language settings, log files, page visits, time spent on pages, and general navigation data.
Information Collected In-Store
If you visit our physical location at 2316 Cruzen St, Nashville, TN 37211, or one of our pop-up events, we may collect data through security cameras (CCTV) to maintain the safety and security of our property and staff, and to prevent and investigate theft or criminal activity.
Information from Third Parties
We may receive personal information from third-party service providers, including payment processors, ecommerce platforms (Shopify), shipping and returns vendors, fraud prevention providers, and email marketing services (Klaviyo).
If you interact with us on social media by tagging us, posting to our pages, or using our hashtags, we may collect certain information from those interactions, including your account name, handle, and the content of posts in which we are mentioned.
5) How Do We Use Personal Information?
