The warranty is not transferrable and only applies to the original owner.

What's Covered and What's Not
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

Miscellaneous
This warranty is available for Absolutely Ridiculous pickleball paddles in the United States. Absolutely Ridiculous holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. Absolutely Ridiculous has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty
