Normal wear, fading over time, cosmetic damage, misuse, heat/steam treatment, or products from unauthorized sellers are not covered by warranty.

Because each detail in every glove is individually tanned, pressed, and assembled, subtle variations in color, stamping, foiling, and embroidery are natural. No two gloves are identical, making each piece a finely crafted work of art.

I figured there would be no scent to this and was right. No scent, which not a let down, and the conditioner does it's job. Doesn't feel tacky, seems to be penetrating the glove well.
