The Ridiculous Ones Drawings: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules apply to every drawing listed in The Ridiculous Ones member hub at AbsolutelyRidiculous.com (each, a "Drawing"). Each Drawing's listing shows its prize, approximate retail value, entry period, number of winners and any event it is tied to (the "Drawing Details"). The Drawing Details are part of these rules.
1. Sponsor
Absolutely Ridiculous, LLC, 2316 Cruzen St, Nashville, TN 37211 ("AR" or "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants under the age of majority in their state must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. If a minor is selected as a winner, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian, who must sign any required forms on the minor's behalf. Employees, officers and agents of AR and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Accounts excluded from The Ridiculous Ones program under its terms are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Each Drawing opens and closes at the times shown in its Drawing Details. All times are Central Time. Entries received outside the entry period are void.
4. How to Enter
Online: Sign in to your free The Ridiculous Ones account at AbsolutelyRidiculous.com, open the member hub, and select "Enter" on the Drawing. Joining The Ridiculous Ones is free and requires no purchase.
Event Drawings: Some Drawings are tied to an AR event or pop-up. For those, check in at the event with your member account, then enter in the member hub. You may also enter any event Drawing by mail as described below, without attending.
Mail-in (Alternate Method of Entry): Mail a 3" x 5" card with your full name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and the name of the Drawing to: Absolutely Ridiculous, LLC, Attn: Drawing Entry, 2316 Cruzen St, Nashville, TN 37211. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the entry period and received within 7 days after it closes. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing, regardless of method. Entries made by script, bot or other automated means, or using multiple accounts, are void.
5. Prizes
Prizes and approximate retail values are shown in each Drawing's Details. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. AR may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Experience prizes do not include travel or lodging unless the Drawing Details say so. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize; a winner of a prize valued at $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
After a Drawing closes, winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using a random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are notified by the email address on their member account (or provided with a mail-in entry) and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. AR may require a winner (or the parent or guardian of a minor winner) to sign a declaration of eligibility and release before awarding the prize.
7. General Conditions
AR may cancel, suspend or modify a Drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. AR's decisions are final. AR is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures. These Drawings are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
8. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Drawing and is handled under AR's Privacy Statement. AR does not sell entrant information.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize a winner (or the parent or guardian of a minor winner) agrees that AR may use the winner's first name, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation. AR will not use a minor winner's likeness without separate written consent from a parent or guardian.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in a Drawing or from acceptance or use of a prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, disputes arising from a Drawing will be resolved individually, without class action, by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules in Nashville, Tennessee. Tennessee law governs.
12. Winners List
For a list of winners of a Drawing, email team@ariagloves.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Absolutely Ridiculous, LLC, Attn: Drawing Winners, 2316 Cruzen St, Nashville, TN 37211, within 60 days after the Drawing closes.
